Carey was almost 5'10 tall at the time she was a high-end model. She was a popular model with American designers Calvin Klein or Ralph Lauren was extremely high. She is the daughter of an outstanding geologist who in 1979 was named Scientist of the Year by the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists. In the course of his professional career Carey was raised all over the world. When she finished her studies at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, she began to model on the side. As she studied acting at Neighborhood Playhouse, New York and began to become interested in acting increased. Her first acting experience was in as a character in the film with Robin Williams in the 1986 film "Club Pardise. She enjoys ski, wind surfing as well as rock climbing, and white water white water rafting.
